We stayed for a week for a much-needed break from a busy work schedule.
Hotel is well located in a San Antoni de Portmany, which has a busy restaurant/bars/shops scene, lots of other hotels and a beach/port. It's 20mins to half an hour and 35-45 euros of a taxi ride from the airport; there is also a bus I believe.
Rooms are good size - we upgraded when booking to a junior suite which was amazing: direct sea/bay views for sunset watching, sunbathing on the huge terrace, and very spacious and comfortable.
The pool is large - at times there aren't any loungers free though. The beach is across the promenade, so popping for a swim in the sea is easy.
The best thing is the food - which was amazing every time; good selection of drinks.
Congratulations to the staff and management - we were sure to be back!

We had only stayed here for a few nights for my Hen, but it was such a beautiful beachfront hotel. Hotel was very clean and tidy, and the food was also lovey with a good selection. Staff right from the beginning were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Loved that everything was so close by. It was definitely a great choice to stop in and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Ocean beach was only a few minutes work.

We'd only ever been to Ibiza on cruise stops. The hotel had good reviews and we thought we'd give it a try. As you look from the beach the hotel is an upside down U-shape with the inner part of the U housing the swimming pool and the entertainment area. We arrived late and our first room overlooked the pool. The evening entertainment was in full flight. We changed rooms in the morning to the outer right hand side of the U - it was terrific. Check-in desk staff were most helpful in accommodating our request. We are not night hawks and have no interest in staying up late. It is possible to get a quiet room and be sure to ask for one. The hotel was terrific, ultra clean and modern rooms, great food, a reasonable choice of drinks on the all-inclusive rates, branded drinks were at an extra charge. Heaven's Garden, the a la carte restaurant was unbelievably good and no extra charge (1 visit per week stay. We were there for 10 days and got to visit twice. Staff were pleasant, helpful and very professional. The resort is busy, with lots of young clubbers prowling the promenade day and night but this hotel was far enough away from these creatures.

Went at the end of the season but service great, clean, good food, relaxing and friendly hotel. Knowledgeable staff that could inform you about trips or local bus services to other resorts on island. Not sure what it's like when it's clubbing season but we enjoyed the more relaxed island feel. Loved the Adult Only ambience.

Just got back from a 4 day holiday here and all I can say is wow!!! Food Fantastic, drinks mostly named alcohol so deffo a plus & the service was amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suit with a huge balcony and great views. Will deffo return. Only 2 bad things are beds are single pushed together & very uncomfortable & pool man very Moody. But other than this a fantastic holiday
