When I arrived to the Palms hotel and convention centre, I was delighted to find all the rooms are finished with tasteful furnishings and boast full-sized baths, self-controlled air conditioning, and flat screen TV.

We went for royal palms sales visit. Found the hotel still in good condition. My last visit was in 2011 for a company conference.
The food is good and the best part is the spread of buffet.
The hotel has nice done up rooms and big swimming pool.
It's a centralized AC hotel, except for the pool area.
The roads to reach palms hotel are narrow & reminds me of a bumpy rides I enjoyed in water sports, Goa...
Tariff could make hole in one's pocket.
Overall I would rate my experience 4 on 5.
I wouldn't rate as 5 on 5 as there are areas of improvements in terms of maintenance and service.

This is the worst hotel, I have ever been in my life. First, its in a terrible location, bad roads, unlit area. When we arrived at the hotel, there was pretty much just us and one guy at the reception. We did not see any other guests at the hotel, we were really scared for our safety and wanted to leave the place once when we reached our room. the hall ways stank, the roofs had holes. The room stank as well, there where huge black stains on the carpet, it was dirty pretty much everywhere. The tv was not working since the hotel hasn't paid the bills.
And Also beware of Indian Hotel booking sites like cleartrip.com, the only reason we booked this hotel is because they were advertising that this hotel has 5 star rating in Trip advisor, which clearly it doesn't.

Hotel at hilltop had marvelous look having great views of mountains,valleys, green lush forest and nature.Better furnishings, enhanced safety and security, fitness, leisure and recreation with pool,gym, golf and other activities having smart modern living,the landscape was enough for a healthy and relaxed environment.Rooms were spacious.Restaurant was having specialized menu with tasty food and good services.Convention center was having ample facilities.Had it been with more professionalism by staff,efficiency by management,and touch of hospitality it would have been with better result.

our stay was good. Location is very far from the city ..extreme toward the end in Goregoan EAST. Good with friend / Family lonely palace. Room our very good and spacious. Only if you want to do out of hotel in night very risky, it is in middle of forest no road light nothing. i left hotel around 3 am to catch my flight around 6 am, was very sacred.
