The hotel is expensive for what it offers. The staff is very helpful, yet the facilities were worn. It was alright to spend one night as we were transferring to Mara the following day. From what was observed from the hotel, the game drive area seemed underwhelming.

I must have driven past Panari many times but for this trip my work booked me here. The rooms are very nice and spacious (and clean), the staff very friendly and eager to help.
The hotel is only like 15-20 mins drive from the airport so ideal for early morning departures.
The restaurant has good opening times. I tried the Chinese on floor 2 but wouldn't recommend as it made me unwell (it's not part of hotel, only just opened).
Would recommend staying here for transit!

My partner and I stayed twice at this hotel over a one week period. The service is excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for us which was just what we needed after lots of travelling!
The hotel itself has a wide range of amenities including a pool, gym and even an ice rink!! We had a lovely, relaxing stay here. The staff are welcoming and reliable, we also used the hotel's driver a few times. The hotel is close to the international airport which is very convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nairobi. Thanks again for such a brill stay!

The hotel has unique services. The Brazilian meals served to us were the best thing I have ever taken in my lifetime; my experience is memorable. This is the best eatery in Nairobi city. Its locality is quite ideal too since it is near the JKIA International Airport. A fantastic place to be at, Panari hotel is the place. Skating on the ice in the upper floor is the most lovely way to relax.

The Staff at the hotel are without doubt friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful and quality adequate.rooms are nice though beds are uncomfy which was a bad aspect for me. The building is tatty and run down, do not expect 4 Star. Hotel is situated in an ideal location near the airport.
