Staff is not at all trained , incapable manager , worst food. We went on our honeymoon and we searched for a property near beach and found this . After seening some reviews we thought of changinf this hotel but went forward expecting 50%. At the time of check in itself we understood that we are in a mess.The manager guy is a comdey star makes all fake promises and he is gone , room service is like we have to learn their language to have something. Breakfast one item was flu flies . We never reccomend anyone to go near this hotel even if they are providing rooms on complimentary basis

we booked two rooms and they have given one in upper corner and another in lower corner. entirely we weren't enjoyed because of this worst management. Simply they are telling we weren't mentioned we will give adjacent rooms and we can't give you.. we came prior to another team.. but they have given nearby rooms to them.. worst experience with panoramic sea resort..

I visited alleppey beach with my wife and stayed at Baywatch resort. We haven't stayed at panoramic but tried some sea food at their restaurant. The food is very costly here. We ordered karimeen fry, Prawns roast, Rice bowls and Tamarind Fish curry. It costed us 1200/-.The sad part is that the dishes were not tasty at all.

visited Panoramic sea resort Alleppey January first week and stayed for 02 nights. It was amazing. The resort is situated in just in front of Arabian sea. Rooms are very good and service was excellent. I personally recommend to all this resort.

This sad and tired old hotel is on the beach. What they don't tell you is there is major construction of a new road just in front and the noise, dust and garbage is unbelievable.
The staff is untrained and they all say "sure sure" and then nothing happens. We went out for the day and asked for our room to be cleaned. We came back around 4 only to find the room uncleaned. The staff informed us that we didn't leave the key and that was the only key they have. (Roll eyes)
The room itself was old and mouldy (see photos)
We hated Panoramic Sea Resort so much that we left a day earlier then planned. We asked them the day ahead to please book us a taxi. Again, "sure, sure" only to find out that they hadn't booked it and, on the day, they couldn't find a taxi.
The management of this place needs to learn how to run a proper hotel. We never actually saw the person in charge, which is why the place is in such shambles
