Good hotel with good food . I stayed on 19 / 20 th May 2017. Rooms are spacious with hot water and bed heater. Food quality also good, staff very helpful & smiling
Near to Dal lake, Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden and market place is at Walking distance (market for dry fruits no shops for clothes or other items)

stayed as part of MakeMyTrip package. good peaceful location close to Dal lake, rooms big and comfortable but the service should be more efficient. The morning breakfast is below satisfactory and late

Location not very good. Service poor. food very average. Basic amenities also lacking .
Staff also not very good. could not attend even light failure in bathroom. In restaurant even toaster not working.

best rooms with amazing architect and interior, the wooden work and ethnic touch is amazing. AC, LED, WIFI everything is there which you need for a comfortable stay.
The buffet was also good with tasty food, the service is also good.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Their rooms are very spacious and we specially enjoyed their breakfast and meals. They also provided free bed tea facility which was an add on. Overall experience was good, staff was prompt and hospitable. This hotel is ten minutes drive from Dal lake and Mughal Garden. Recommend.
