I recently went to Busan for business. My inbound flight was cancelled due to weather out of Narita. Hotel was notified that I would arrive the next day but they still charged the full price for the night. No voucher nor, I am sorry.
Tried to negotiate with the hotel but the manager just laughed and cussed in Korean because I was probably taking her from sitting at her desk.
They could have handled it a little more professionally instead of laughing and scowling at my request. They get the 250USD times the three rooms but will never get my companies business again.

My family of four decided to make a weekend trip to Busan and heard very nice things about Paradise. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived until the time we departed. The staff is very friendly and made sure all of our needs were met.

Great location, nice room, very good facilities. However the pool was very crowded, felt more like a family splashing pond then an actual swimming pool, impossible to go for a swim with that many people inside. The ocean spa cimer area was less crowded for us, It is very nicely made, almost like a japanese garden with hot springs, a pool bar and saunas, go here for a relaxing time.

Wanna recommend here. You can see the Haeundae beach just in front of the property.
The 1st floor restaurant is really good. I love here.

Canât say enough about this beautiful venue located in the heart of Busan. As with all ROK businesses all folks are treated with the upmost professionalism, kindness. And respect. A superior staff from the front desk team, to the morning chef and servers in the restaurant to finally the housekeeping ladies. Everything is completed timely and with the greatest care.
Specifically I must recognize the Front Desk team of Mr Park Sung Jin and Ms Kim Hyun ji. They went the extra mile to assist me in procuring boxes for packing out my purchases of Mink Blankets. And all with a smile. Because of their efforts I will very easily be able to carry the blankets home with me as my second piece of checked luggage. Couldnât be more pleased. They represented this customer service team in outstanding fashion.
When I return to Busan I will most assuredly stay once again at the Paradise
