Hello,
I am currently staying at the hotel and I am very very disappointed.
First the rooms does not have any heater. It is freezing cold especially with the temperatures in Paris. In addition, there were no slippers in the room nor a bathrobe. I had to ask several times and to insist to get a heater and a slipper in a hotel that pretends to be a 4 star hotel.
Also, there were only hard boiled eggs for breakfast. When I asked for a soft one, I was asked to pay 18 euros. I did not ask for truffle eggs just a regular egg boiled for 3 minutes.
I am more than disappointed especially given that I am a silver member at Marriott. I will not stay in this hotel anymore it is a disaster.

Great location near shops, Opera, restaurants. Metro very clise. Bus ditect from/to airport. Efficient and friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Extensive buffet breakfast. Quick checkin. Room to store bags if late flight.

Four rooms. Seven people. Seven days. Memorable for outstanding service brginning with bell service. Continuing with CONCIERGE whose team even wrapped Christmas gifts. Snd food managers in breakfast snd executive lounge. More like members of our family. Creating special dietary requirement items. CHEERFULLY. A memorable experience among frequent visits to Paris since 1989ðâ¤ï¸ð·âï¸

Iâve stayed at the Marriott Ambassador a few times and just live this hotel specially during the xmass holidays. You are a couple of blocks away from the Grands Magasins with all the decorations that just get you in a festive mood. Th Hotel is great with a nice buffet breakfast and very good rooms.Definitely one of my favorite to stay in when traveling to Paris.

Visited to celebrate my daughters university graduation as family of 4 , arrived in the afternoon the rooms were not ready on time, we requested to be able to check in at least one of the rooms while waiting for the other, receptionist didnât even pay attention, the reception looked like train station, we asked to see the manager for probably better understanding she was as rude unpleasant and unprofessional, anyway we aske while waiting if there is a cafeteria we can grab something to eat, she panicked and told us that we cannot eat free.... we had no such request ð¤, after all this unpleasant welcoming we finally settled in our rooms which were mediocre, specious simple. The hote is walking distance from Galerie Lafayette, the grand Opera Garnier, Sacrecore, ... luckily there was a Sturbucks nearby for breakfast and coffee because hotel had poor service
