The hotel has good location and is easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with all amenities. Overall a comfortable stay with nothing negative in particular.

Property is on the road. easily accessible. Rooms were little congested for 2 people or a family. soap, shampoo are not of good quality - kindly take yours with you. housekeeping people were good. They attend the call early and resolves the issues with best of their abilities. Don't book from bookings.com as they will cheat you and you won't realize. They will reduce the price when you are booking. Then they would have either compromised a room or your complimentary breakfast or something. Internet was good and i could access it all the time. Reception staff also helped me in giving 1-2 printout.

We went to several hotels and we were not happy with the price or the rooms. We finally reached Park Avenue Hotel and we got two rooms for reasonable price. The aircons were working. The buffet breakfast was okay - it becomes boring if you are staying for few days and nights.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was nice. The staff was very friendly. Free local breakfast at their restaurant was adequate. I would like to suggest that the bathroom is improved so that it does not get wet after the shower. I recommend other travelers to stay in this hotel.

Had stayed here for 3 nights on a personal trip. I booked here since it showed up high on TripAdvisor and experience wasnât bad. It was just ok.
Pros
1. Location, Location, Location. Heart of Chennai and just 3-4 kms from the station
2. Decent breakfast
3. Good Eat outs nearby (for Veg and Non Veg). Just a walk of 2 mins.
4. Decent service
Some unknowns for me
1. Kind of small hotel, not as big as it looks in pictures
2. Feels claustrophobic in the floors
3. Basic room is too small, need to upgrade to executive
I got it for some deal of 2.8K. May stay here next time if location is anything to do with my trip.
Hotel had decent service though. They took pains to change my room since the AC wasnât working etc.
