The spa in Park Hyatt is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The massage therapy is too professional and compliments the atmosphere. The therapist who did my therapy Meena is too good with her skills. All the staff are very courteous and totally pleasant experience.

I cannot believe how amazing the staff is - I ate at the restaurant every day and night and they all went out of their way to make sure the meals were fabulous even though there were some things I cannot eat right now. The drivers helped me with a very difficult project and the staff was so kind and generous. I have traveled to over 20 countries and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a hotel. I cannot recommend it enough! The spa was lovely too! I was there over Christmas and it was so much fun!

Flying elephant restaurant was a bit disappointing as the service was slow and we were finally told our pizza could not be made. However the manager did take the trouble to send a pizza to the room FOC subsequently so that we did not go hungary for the night. Much appreciated. However we avoided dinner at the hotel subsequently.

My first trip to India and I stay in this western hotell with an Indian touch! All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is large and held clean by my friendly room cleaner Aurugum. The receptionist Sohani holds me upp to date on what to do and how - and the restaurants serve nice both Indian and western food. The roof top pool is great with its infinity design and the gym is one of the best equipped ever. I would stay here again in a jiffy ðð½ð

Located ideally in the city, this property lives to its name with good amenities and good reach.
Rooms are spacious with the usual amenities for its class. The overall ambience has a traditional taste in it as one would expect in Chennai. The restaurant serves good food, from the traditional ones to several other cuisines.
