A great English winter getaway. The hotel is absolutely amazing, in fabulous well-kept grounds in a lake like environment.
Since the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are embraced and mesmerised by the warm welcome and personal service.
From the room attendant (Navrenda) who kept the room spotlessly clean, whilst delivering a few welcome surprises, to the courteously attentive restaurant, sunbed and pool bar staff whose fun and sense of humour was greatly appreciated that we had fond nicknames for many of them i.e.
Zaki- Zak the Boss Man (always knew what you wanted)
Manhantesh â Boy with a naughty sparkle in his eye (local joke)
Windin â Happy face (greets you with a warm welcome both at breakfast and dinner)
Ananda â Worcester Sauce man (found me some WS to put on my fried eggs â very English)
Antara â Giggler (delightful lady with a wicked sense of humour. Donât know why they call her Annabella)
Harish â Bobby Ball (as he reminds us of one of our daughters former boyfriends)
Ganga â Jack the lad (apparently has 3 girlfriends!!! â lucky boy)
Pritam â Spice Man (thanks for the extra spice in our Jalfrezi)
Vivek â Cheeky boy (looking for nice Indian girl)

Nice hotel, good location, great staff and wonderful facilities. Excellent restaurant. I was there to spend quality time with my dad and mom but the owner had a wedding and messed it up. No peace .Unfair.

What can I say about this beautiful place itâs just fantastic, the staff are amazing. From the lovely ladies in their saris who help keep the gardens tidy,the gardeners, the maintenance men, all in their individual uniforms, great you every morning with a perfect smile and acknowledgement. Thank you to Antara who greeted us on our first mealtime (breakfast) escorted us to our table and made us feel truly welcome. All the restaurant staff were the most friendly and accommodating, Ramish, Mantaris, Ganga, to mention a few. But a special mention to Darindra our room assistant who was always so attentive and made sure are stay was the most comfortable it could be.
This place is heaven, the pools are great, the gardens beautiful, the accommodation first class, the food is great and if you really want spoil yourself a meal at the Palms Restaurant by the Arabian Sea is wonderful. I really cannot wait to go back.

'Wow' is the word I would like to use to describe my stay at Park hyatt Goa. I loved every bit of our stay here and would definitely come back again. Cleanliness is one of my major concern when staying in any hotel and I would happily say that everything in park hyatt was neat and clean. I would like to thank all the staffs who had made our stay a memorable one. A big thank you to Chef Shankar Dhakal, Ishwar(housekeeping), Zaki,Arinjoy, Abhishek,Ribada and many more whose names I could not recall. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you all again soon.

Lovely hotel with superb staff interaction. Rooms are clean and well cared for and room assistants do a great job. Food and beverage are excellent also but also good to try local restaurants. Beach has a lovely sunset great with a drink in hand.
