So the Park Hyatt is always an excellent place to stay. The location of this hotel is perfect! Right in between the main residential areas, you really canât ask for a better location.
My check-in was fantastic (!), in fact I have never had such a quick and smooth check-in process, and I realized at check-in why the Park Hyatt is a Park Hyatt and rated so highly!
The room is absolutely wonderful, large, spacious and very well designed. Great working space, excellent linen (probably the best I have seen in a 5 star+ hotel) and the amenities are top class. The room is designed extremely well and not 5 star cookie cutter standard at all, far far superior, a real pleasure to say the least. The Gym, while a little disappointing in terms of equipment, is large and extremely functional. Overall, a brilliant place to stay!
I would have given this hotel a 5 star Tripadvisor rating (or perhaps 4 star because I am a little difficult with my ratings) but for the housekeeping service. So here are the cons...
I asked for extra bottles water 2 night and 2 days in a row, in fact I asked the reception as well that I drink a lot of water and would like extra bottles of water, but I never got it! On the last evening I was quite rude on the phone demanding extra water and finally got it at midnight! Not expected from a Park Hyatt at all. I asked housekeeping for extra amenities (two milk sachets) and finally had to have my coffee black. Small things such as this really turned an amazing experience into an average one.
So, summing up, an excellent hotel which I would definitely recommend, but please sort out your housekeeping, and maintain the lovely charm of a Park Hyatt. Safe travels!

the park hyatt is centrally located and has a great restaurant and a bar. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is very consistent with its global standards. One of the best things about the hotel is its continental food

I have stayed at the Park Hyatt a number of times, though this time was after a considerable gap. The staff had changed, as I couldnt recognise any of the faces from my previous visits, however the good news was that the attention to detail and service remained the same.
The hotel continues to be well maintained and the bar and restaurants are all top notch. The only reason why this isnt a 5star rating is because the room I was assigned this time faced inwards, so there was no natural lighting.

I was on a business trip n needed a few hours of laptop/business center assistance to b able to complete some official work !
Something as essential n commonplace like a internet is charged crazy here ! I m not talking about print outs - m talking about a simple business center. Which in most 5 stars I live in is a free service.
A laptop is 2000 plus n business center is 500 a hour. It's not about being able to afford it - I can easily but I m pissed off at the fact - u guys are charging fr a service even a coffe shop at roadside gives free that's internet connection.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Park Hyatt, Hyderabad. I've booked room for my parents for a day on 27th Jan and was provided Room no. 660, once we checked in, house keeping supervisor Venky approached us to find if everything was alright in the room & if we need anything else. I asked Venky to take care of my parents who are senior citizens, he promptly made sure to take care of them by arranging some fruits and took them to breakfast area and made them very comfortable. They were very happy for the hospitality provided.
Food is awesome & to my knowledge park hyatt will be one of hotel with best ambience. Rooms are very clean & hotel is maintained is very well.
Staff is very supportive.
If anyone looking for a best hotel stay, I would recommend Park Hyatt Hyderabad.
