Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel.
Recently we had stayed in this hotel as we had spent the day at our farm and we needed to check in at night..
Firstly when we entered the bell boy banged the car door so badly that we thought something had definitely broken..
Secondly ..we could not sleep the entire night as the room above us were jumping or breaking the floor we don't know and even after 3 complains to the front desk to either change our room or request the room above not to make so much disturbance there was no outcome..
There was also no hot water in the bathroom..we litrelly gave up complaining as thought no one takes any action so let's check out and leave ..
Lastly..my husband had gone down to check out ..I was leaving the room when the housekeeping guy rang the bell.. he said it's ok mam you can take your time..
It had not even been 2 mins..I shut my room door and went to use the bathroom before leaving ..the housekeeping person rang the bell again said housekeeping and just entered without waiting for me to come or not..I was in the loo and the door was half open..
Thankfully I was just getting out only..but how dare someone just come in my room.
Am furious with the hotel..
On complaining to the manager he called the housekeeping to come and meet us but the guy dint turn up for good 15 mins and we had to leave then..
Please think twice before goin to this hotel as the staff is not trained at all..

This is one of best hotels present at the outskirts of Gurgaon. A nice option to stay if you are travelling from/to delhi/jaipur via bilaspur. Park Inn has been maintaining their own style statement and hospitality. The staff is cooperative and you can enjoy good food as well.
Rooms will give you a colorful and cozy look with the lightings provided near the bed.
This is definitely a one stop place to trust for staying at the time of tiring journey (considering the area where it is situated).

everything is good and value for money staff is cooperative and proactive towards customer satisfaction excellent food quality surely I will recommend to my near and dear one must visit once to cherish the good experience

Awesome rooms, Cleanliness was at high priority. Location is far from city limits, it's on high way road, can be manageable. A very supporting help desk and reception staff. On time room service. Rating is 4. 9 out of 5

Great Hotel with an Excellent Location and Spectacular Hospitality. The swimming pool, Gymnasium all were really Good. Food - Extremely Finger Licking stuff, i must say. Just the INTERNET SPEED was low but thats O.K. All in all........ a wonderful family Hotel.
