The hotel shuttle service was easy to find, prompt and tidy. Upon arrival staff were able to allocate us to a room despite being 2 hours early for check in. So we were able to quickly freshen up before heading out to central. Staff were helpful in recommending routes to get into town. We were able to use the shuttle service back to Schipol international where we got 1 train into central. We were out until 11pm and came back via the same route. Again, the shuttle service was very prompt and got us back to the hotel in 15mins. The bedroom was warm and cosy despite the wooden floors however we could here people going in/out of their rooms so knew the sound proofing was not perfect however it was generally peaceful. We popped out for a walk in the night. The area is very quiet and not residential so didn't experience the lijnden community. Breakfast was a standard buffet which was ok, Not the best ive had but still pleasant. As we had a long night and our flight wasn't until 4.55pm the staff were able to accomodate a later check out. Overall had a lovely stay and will be booking again.

Decent, clean, tidy, quiet room, substantial distance from airport so shuttle bus is vital, didnât have time to find any links in, out of city.
Food looked and smelt very good from what I saw on diners plates.

The Park Plaza hotel is located a 10 minute shuttle ride from Schiphol Airport, and is well catered for business trips.
The hotel is modern, has an extensive restaurant and a good bar. Receptionists were polite, and other hotel staff, too.
The rooms are basic, and not particularly clean. Both myself and my co-worker had rooms with marks and stains on the walls and furniture. My room was not cleaned during one day of the stay.
The food in the restaurant one evening took 1h15 to be served, at no point did the waiter explain what was causing the delay, however, they did offer a round of drinks complimentary.
During 2 days of the stay the internet at the hotel went down, which for a business trip was inconvenient.

The unfriendly shuttle driver does not instil much hope for good service in this hotel. Instead of a "good morning" we were treated with a barked "what hotel". Fun fact the shuttle is for park plaza only. Let's hope reception does a better job!

In this hotel I liked very much the bar and restaurant. The rooms are very clean and I was very surprised to have an iron machine in my room. Most of the hotels where Iâve been and says that have iron machines in the room they didnât; so is a plus for this hotel.
Also, the design of the room is very nice.
If I can say that is something that I didnât lile is that in the room was too cold and I couldnât set another temperature.
On the other hand I didnât like that they donât have slippers and bathrobe.
Regarding the restaurant, the food is good.
