I used to stay in this hotel about 9 years ago, and it was a good hotel. I stayed again in Oct 2016 and in Feb 2018, my last and definitely the final stay! The hotel has been run down badly. The room was dirty, the glasses and cups in room had grease on them, the bathroom was dirty and smelly. There was rust on metal, the sealant silicon was old and black. Returned to the room unexpectedly and saw the cleaner washing tea cups and glasses in bath sink and cleaning then with a dirty hand towel! Asked her what the cups and glasses were not replaced, she said the hotel management tell them to do this. In Oct 2016 I stayed with m6 wife and my son, we booked 2 rooms. After 2 days of stay the duty manager asked me to pay my bill as I had spent quite a lot of money for eating and drinking in hotel restaurant and bars! He said it was a hotel policy to get guests to pay after a certain amount on money has accumulated.
Only good this about the stay was some of the staff, especially in restaurant. Particularly a guy named Vijay who has been here for a long time, he was very good.
I wouldnât recommend this hotel to stay in. It certainly is NOT a 5 star, more like a 3 star at the best.

Great location, very friendly staff, looks beautiful inside and out.
There are a number of dining options including an excellent Chinese restaurant within the hotel - the main restaurant does breakfast and great lunches and dinners too.
The decor is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly

We held an event and also stayed at the property on 26 Jan 2018. The people from security , reception, restaurant and the person was incharge for the event were all helpful and welcoming.
Special thanks to Baban in the event area from the hotel who was assisting with most of the requests put across.
The staff in the restaurant during breakfast were knowledgeable.
Liked the professionalism and the hospitality of the hotel.

I stayed there for 3 nights, had a great experience. Service was great, buffet breakfast was lavish. Front office staff was very professional.....front office manager , Mr. Atul was very courteous and polite. Overall stay was amazing ......
