This is an excellent hotel to stay at if in London and if on a sensible budget. Very well located and easily accessible. Services inside the hotel are not overpriced, considering you are in Westminster, London..

We enjoyed the great Location. It was in the middle of must see attractions. It had great Breakfast selection. Nice modem Building with vest nice views. We loved the hotel. We will stay again next time we go to London.

stayed in the hotel for one night while going to a show in London , location is amazing right next to Waterloo. hotel is truly wonderful it's a work of art. staff were very helpful and polite . We order room service and it was very good quality although you paid a premium for it being room service

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and had comfortable beds. The views you get seem to depend on which room you are allocated on the day but we had a lovely view of the shard from our suite room. Good breakfast selection. Good central for exploring London.

Huge hotel! Stayed 2 nights in a family studio, two rooms one with king size bed and one with a sofa bed. Quite spacious and nice view of Big Ben if you lean out the window. Nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub. A big downside was the elevator on the other side of the bedroom wall who ran all night and made noise. The breakfast was ok and very crowded, they had to bring people downstairs to a temporary breakfast restaurant. You need to book the spa in advance, just to get in, and then you can only stay for 30 min. Location is superb, staff great.
