I stay at room 123. A good hotel and services, helpful staff, spacious room with wifi and beautiful hill view. Nice place to spend holiday with family.
Many kind of breakfast that you can eat.

I was staying with my family for 2 nights. The hotel was really comfortable. It has a swimming pool with a good view. Staffs are friendly and helpful.Breakfast was complete.
I wish i could back to this hotel again.

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel for business purpose.
The service was good, staffs were kind and helpful.
But the room was so old and humid. The electricity in my room didn't run well, it kept having a buzzing sound and it's really annoying. i can't really sleep at night because of the buzzing sound, only sleep like 1 hour i think.
Breakfast was good, they have plenty of food choices, mostly indonesian food, and i really like the rawon soup, it was so tasty.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, the place is cozy.
The access is a bit far from downtown of Semarang, but you can call for gocar (online transportation) easily.
The wireless connection in the room is terrific!
Love to stay here!

I was there with my father for 3 days and 3 nights in room number 509.The first impression was really good: smiley people, nice reception and well cleaned and everything in order but after that i came inside the room I was already complaining: the room was unclean (chips on the table since don't know coffee cup dirty aswell and the tray.. omg) especially the bathroom, first thing that I ve done in there I ve cleaned by myself the wc but it was still with halos so it means that they don't clean it properly every day. So every time I used to use paper to sit on it cus of course I don't want to sit in a such kind of stuff (you are lucky that in the foto that I ve done you are not able to see the halos)(ahn the windows are broken by the way).
The next days clean services just tidy our beds, rubbish out and bring new toothbrush (for sure not even a clean service of a 3stars hotel).
What about breakfast: ok first of all I work in gastronomie and for me it is unacceptable that are like four people watching you while you do everithing by yourself: if you have time to watch me you can atleast do something like the coffe or making toast while I go on doing my other stuff or at least saying "may I help you?" Really people that works in self service restaurats gives you more help and interess (I ve worked in self service restaurants too). There were just one kind and nice girl running everywhere and the other four doing nothing (if you have nothing to do you can also remove ants going swimming into the jam c'mon or filling up orange juice that is empty) as chef I am really disappointed.
Positive things: the nice location of the hotel, the really nice swimming pool (thats why I give you 3 points and not 2)
And the good price paket that we got (but seems you are going to get a discount also for the services you are getting).
Ahn I was forgottin that you also may find roach on the fifth floor (that is not positive ofc) and reception won't tell you that your taxi has not to pay to come in.
For sure I won't come in this hotel again.
