I have been here for a few conferences and it is a nice place. Very cosy entrance area and bar. Friendly and professional staff. Food for the conference was nice, but not amazing. May have been due to the conference and less a reflection of the hotel. Very nice public bathrooms. A little outside my price range to stay

It had everything you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Nothing spectacular. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was filling enough. All in all does what it says on the tin, canât really complain.

I always prefer to stay at Pavilions in Christchurch because of the wonderful staff. This doesn't feel like a hotel - it's more like you're visiting family. There's a comfortable 'homey' feeling to the hotel - it's not flash, but it's certainly not down market either. I love having onsite parking and really enjoy the meals from both the bar and restaurant. It's the all 'round helpfulness of the staff that keep me coming back though. A great place for a relaxed and friendly stay.

Another great stay at Pavillions. Clean, comfortable, great location, food and staff. Air conditioning available for my room, comfy bed, good pillows, beautiful bathroom equipped with all I needed. Very clean.

I couldnât fault them on anything if I tried. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the hot tub, the room service was amazing and the staff and facilities could not have suited our needs more. Would definitely recommend.
