The building is generally old. You have to go the the 9th floor for the front desk . Our room was large but old and even though were "cleaned" daily the lack of ventilation is evident by the stinky smell. They also need to fumigate to kill those small cockroaches we see everywhere in our room. The price is quite expensive for such facility.The staff were helpful and accommodating though.

my fiancee stayed one night out of booked 3...had to leave as she was eaten by bed bugs and saw a rat at pool area and bugs among the dining room dishes. hotel only refunded one night but offered a bigger room..she couldnt get out of the place fast enough. agoda gave us a time limited voucher for 40 dollars that i will never use but i was glad to get her out of that hotel...wifi is horrible also

The receptionist lobby, located on the 9th floor is ok, but the back entrance (entrance from Taft Avenue side) is in very bad condition. The hallway leading to the front lobby stinks badly (think sewers) and itâs poorly lit and looks shabby and not too clean. The front lobby is much better and guard/doorman is friendly.
They only have 2 elevators and guests have to share with hotel staff. Hotel staff are courteous but can be loud. It would be ok to share with hotel staff but the problem is elevators are always full and it can be a long wait when trying to go up or down. And yes, you also have to share with supply carts, etc. They say service elevator is down but Iâve visited several times over the years and this has been the case multiple times.
Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Bed is comfy. And if youâre on the 15th floor, wonât hear the noisy streets.
Other areas that need improvement:
- parking (shared with hospital nearby)
- security

Waste of money. Hotel is very very old. Scary parking lot. Noisy and very old A/C. They even use masking tape for the a/c to prevent it from making noises. The remote of it was not even working at all! Cr is very old and dirty and they still use shower curtains. Food is very expensive for that kind of hotel. No aircon outside the rooms. And we were advise that outsiders can easily access the hotel. After swimming you have to use the service elevator which was super scary because of its broken mirror dirty floor and the way to go the elevator was super scary!!! Our staycation turned out as a joke! I did not go out of the room anymore because i was so scared. Tsk tsk. A piece of advise, DO NOT attempt to go here!

Stayed there last June for 3 nights and 4 days, great experience except the smell outside of the building, very much stinks. Nice, well maintained pool and the room was clean and beautiful overlookig view of the City.
