Reception desk experience was bad! our travel agent had booked the hotel for Jan 23-24. We reached early, at around 8 am and the receptionist refused to even look at us, forget offering a seat to the tired travelers or even water! I called up the travel agent and later another person came, after about 10 mins, he offered us a seat and water.
Restaurant staff is very lazy and slow in service. Don't even remember how bad was the room because we hardly stayed there. We checked out at 3 am on Jan 24 as there was a bandh in Kerala and we had to arrive at Munnar.
Do not recommend this hotel at all!

Was on the third floor (some comments say lower down the rooms aren't so great).
Room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! I had a chest infection at the time and that bed was just what I needed!
Location was okay, near everything you could need.
Staff were pleasant, friendly and very attentive at breakfast.
One flaw; either there was not hot water or it didn't work in our room.
Wifi worked which was always a bonus!

Staff no attentive ,tea served in a chipped cup.,when asked for a extra bed extra mattress is provided saying that room will be congusted ..No value for money. Never suggest someone to stay with this property..Staff has a lot of attitude .The guy at reception was no attentive .Was really rude .They know how to Rob a guest

Can improve on the facilities particularly the linen.Complimentary breakfast is fine.But lunch and dinner provided only on request.Infact the staff discouraged us to dine there,but go elsewhere.since there are a lot of eateries ,within walking distance it was fine.

The hotel was very good.Rooms were also neat and clean as shown in pictures on their website.Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant was also good.Staff was really friendly and helpful.Good value for money.
