Skip the breakfast as only one liter of milk for cereal and coffee and no staff even interested in serving. stale rolls.I believe the staff member lives here. elevator too small and leaves you lugging stuff up stairs. close to metro though

This is a guesthouse in a town centre near seafront. Very close to train station and metro station. I booked a basic room, it had shower and a sink in the room and there is another bathroom in the hallway that is shared. Double bed in the room with very comfy mattress. Room gets cleaned every day and you get fresh towels as well. Reception is 24/7 and people are very nice- additional heater in my room was not a problem and they sorted out my airport transfer for me.

This guest house is a low standard ** - star hotel, perfectly located very near the Rossio square. I couldn´t hear any traffic noise from my room situated towards the backyard. Instead some charcoal smell from restaurants below came in from the window and also noise from the restaurant fans. No A/C and the WiFi not good.. This hotel is a low-budget hotel, in need of redecoration. But for the price of just under ⬠40 per night for a single room with toilet/shower it is a bargain. No breakfast at all. Beware, basic rooms do not have toilet/shower on suite.

We stayed here just one night on our way home from The Azores. It was just as we expected - a budget hotel. The room was a decent size and clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok with a good shower.
The location is perfect. Very central.
I would recommend this to a budget traveller who doesn't mind a no frills hotel.
Reception is manned 24 hours.

The furnishing of this hotel was very basic dark wood, but nice enough. The shower curtain did not prevent the sink area of the room from becoming soaked, but this was not a massive issue. There were too shared bathrooms and they were both very spacious. The room was advertised as having a stunning courtyard view which was not the case. However, this did not put me off as I wouldn't have minded either way. The bed was comfortable and my stay here was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English and the hotel was in a great location, up a side street of one of the main squares in Lisbon and just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. I would recommend this for budget travelers as it was great value for money.
