B & B at the end of a quiet alley. Just opposite to the back door of the Greenix Village where Kathakali is performed (this is not the only place that presents the dance in Fort Kochi, though) and a masjid. May take a couple of minutes for the driver to find the way in, but the location is absolutely strategic--two minutes walking distance to airport bus station, easily accessible on foot to nice restaurants and other local attractions (e.g. Chinese fishing nets, historic churches, culture center), but sans the noises from the street.
Very tidy with sufficient lighting lighting and modern amenities despite being a basic and budget B & B. Staff are friendly, too. Breakfast offered simple (toast with butter/jam, fresh fruits, eggs, cereals and milk, juice, tea/coffee) yet tastes quite alright.

stayed last week of december-17. evevn in peak season , it is affordable. very clean property with all modern facilities. no restaurant , no room service. only complimentary breakfast served with lilmited options. but the breakfast is ok and nice. overall a fantastic stay.

this was my second visit to fort kochi this time we stayed at abad pepper route which is at a very near distance from chinese fishing nets and other popular tourist spots. hotel is a bed and breakfast hotel. rooms are small but clean it has all basic amenities like shower, tv, ac and bathroom amenities. it serves a basic continental break fast which has cereals, fruits, juice, eggs and toast with tea/coffee.
manager of the hotel mr. manikanthan took personal care of us and was very helpful and polite. he deserves a special mention.
only drawback was there was no tea kettle in room so afternoon tea was an issue.i hope management considers that and includes this in the room
overall its a clean place with value for money and at at very accessible location from all the major tourist spots.

Perfect location close to the beach, shopping area and the Chinese fishing nets. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast with fruits, toast, eggs, cereals and coffee/the. Only negative was that it took a long time before you got all of the breakfast.

Very central placed hotel, location very good. But it quit and calm too.
Rooms are good and I slept like a king there. Staff are friendly and service minded. You reach everything by foot from this location
