Great Food, good general service but let down by efficiency and other specifics. Beautiful location and grounds and great leisure facilities. Great staff overall but average accommodation for a hotel of this standard.

Great hotel for an event, very well catered for. The hotel was spacious and clean and the setting was beautiful, a lovely oasis and gardens. Guest rooms are clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable and I had great nights sleep, there were no disturbances, it was very quite.

Nice staff, great rooms in a beautiful city. Very luxurious with a romantic entrance and a very good breakfast! It is half an hour walking form the city and 10 minutes from the famous bridge and the river. The perfect place to be.

Wonderful hotel with unique interior décor. Outstanding service from all the staff. From the moment I arrived to the moment left, I received exceptional service. Food and drink are of a high standard. For a unique experience, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accessible and overall took a good care of the group. The food at the restaurant is good too - I recommend the ceviche in particular. Great outdoors and surroundings. I recommend.
