We stayed here for one night on our way back to Santander. This hotel is near a very nice part of Chaves and close to several reasonable restaurants. The hotel itself is quite a substantial, old building but is clean with comfortable rooms with all the usual facilities. Parking is available underneath the hotel and overall, we were very happy with this hotel and considered it good value for money. The old city walls and castle are very close which is good if you wish to see them.

The Hotel is of a good standard with good rooms with good clean linen and rooms. It has good secure underground parking which was good for our motorbikes. we were welcomed by friendly staff with some English. The rooms were very quite and had good curtains to make the rooms very dark which was nice. They served a good continental breakfast. There were plenty of eating places near by to chose from

A hotel that usually caters to returning guests, and the occasional passing byer.
Half a block from the picturesque Medieval Walled quarters, and a park across from the Roman Thermal Springs.
The rooms are fully equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a fairly wide selection, some made to order.
The staff, as most people there is courteous, and helping.
As to be expected from such a town it's local life everywhere you go, (local food is great, and served without much fuzz).

I stayed here in May 2016 for 2 nights on a motorcycle tour of the area. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of roads to explore. The hotel has a secure garage for motorcycles & I found the rooms very clean tidy & good value.
The breakfast was of the usual continental type with a DIY toaster & various cheese & meats, good value with the room rate & even though we arrived near the end of service the lady there made sure everything was well stocked up.
Nice bars & restaurants in the area. See my other review of the restaurants I visited.
Would I say here again, YES

This could go for both sides, i almost don't remember the Hotel.
Is a simple, nicley located facility in the center of Chaves. The rooms are what you can expect from a 3 star hotel, clean and kind staff.
Breakfast could be a bit better, but perfectly suitable.
