This hotel is in very beautiful location of Pahalgam, with best service.
Very good View of pine covered forest and the Lidder River flowing beneath, peaked mountains, up at Lidder valley, A bridge over Lidder RIiver at Pahalgam.

We just returned from a beautiful trip to Kashmir, but at Pahalgam we had the most horrible stay at Pine Cliff Resorts. The hotel has no back up. When there is no electricity, they put on the generator just for a few hours and turn it off to save back up for the night, which means if it is cold, you need to suffer in the room with no heater during the day. There is no hot water during the day. Hot water is available only from 8 in the night to 8 in the morning. The blankets are stinking. It is not being washed once used by the others. The window corners have cobwebs. The toilet seats are crooked. The people there are very unprofessional and very very lazy. They make no effort to pay heed to your problems. We wanted back up for the electric blanket during the day because our son was suffering from a cold, and they bluntly refused to put on the generator because they had no fuel left. We had to stay there for 2 nights, but we checked out the next day and moved back to Srinagar. Please do not make a mistake by going to this hotel. It's the most dirtiest place to stay even for one night and has no basic amenities.

Room n bathroom was terrible there is alwz bad smell coming through washroom. Only food was gud as we did not get good food in srinagar's hotels so it was better then those.but plz check ur bed n mattress as it was too hard gave back pain...we faced power cut as well

We stayed for one night with family.. Its economic resort but with excellent service and staff.. They have provided us tea and packed breakfast at early morning 5-30 am as we had to leave for jammu.. This was a great exeperience as the temperature was around 1 degree in summer also.. Had a good exeperience with family..

I stayed in Hotel Pine Cliff at Pahalgam in April 2016. I must say that the rooms were not so good. Walls were dirty.
Only positive thing about this hotel is it serves great food. The cook Mr Kumar prepares some amazing food.
