We really enjoyed being at this place. The valley view is very beautiful, staff is very friendly and helping. Rooms are well maintained, clean and cozy. Got information about near by places from reception which eased our trip to these places.

I stayed at a super deluxe room after booking the same over phone while coming don from the higher reaches. Inspite of their insistence I could not make any advance payment since no banks were around. I was constantly in touch with the property and thankfully when I received late at night they had kept the room for me. The room (308) was weird. To enter the room you had to go out of the hotel, walk around its building, reach the parking and then open the door. Once you get accustomed to this approach, the stay is comfortable. As regards the room, it was quite spacious, with two twin beds and a charming balcony. The curtains and the bed sheets were dirty though. Inspite of requesting the house keeping the bed sheets were not changed. Since we were there only for a day, we did not make much of a fuss and stayed with the dirty bed sheet.
The biggest plus point of the hotel is its food. The dinner that we had was extremely tasty and the tandoori chicken was grilled to perfection. The breakfast though meagre in terms of choices, was nice and tasty.
We wanted to go around Barog and requested the reception guy for assistance. He was however quite disinterested and discouraged us by saying that ll the places are quite far. e then went for a walk up the hill at the back side of the resort and then walked down to the Barog Railway Station. Afetr coming back and on reading the reviews we came to know that there were some birds and animals at the resort. A little help from the reception guy would have been good since my little ones would have really loved to play with those animals.
Nevertheless the property met with our expectations.

I visited this hotel in october 2017, just after diwali, its a great place for comfort and relax, absolutely peaceful and cold atmosphere makes full feeling of Hill Station . Yet nearest Hill Station near Delhi. there is monkey menace in the area but it depends how do you tackle , we take it as enjoyment specially my kid enjoyed a lot becasue of monkeys. But be careful with kids. Hotel also have a small Zoo that was really out of the box thing we saw. On Hotel reception we saw fishes in the small pond. So overall its pleasent stay.

Heaven on Earth!!! Away from heat!!!! Got to see clear skies, a rainy day and an end with a rainbow. And because of the rains got to see snowy Himalayas!!!! A very soft spoken, courteous and excellence staff, great hospitality!!!! An amazing chef, with all types of delicious food for all hours starting from breakfast to lunch to evening snacks to dinner!!!! A true getaway and A most memorable stay!!!! Again a true heaven on earth!!!!

I would like to start by stating that its a great location, good landscaping, well built good looking hotel. Rooms are big and common area is nice to hang out. The complex is good for a early morning stroll.
However, it does need a lot of improvement. Good bathrooms need to have running hot water. No point having fancy shower when there is no running water for a bath. Toilet flush didn't work the first day we arrived and had to be fixed on request. We were told wifi is available but it didn't work for the first two days.
There was a big group that was to arrive two days after we did, that when most problems got fixed. Seemed like they would provide these services when the hotel is full and not for just few guests.
I would say stay would have been more enjoyable if small issues were thought of. the staff was helpful and courteous and forthcoming.
