Rooms are spacious. Special rooms provided for handicapped. The hotel provided us with a wheelchair for a senior citizen travelling with us and we were allowed to use it throughout our stay at the hotel even while travelling. That was very thoughtful of them. Staff is very friendly and the food at the Urban Spoon is good. Only issue is that water dis not drain fast when we used the shower and this problem was not fixed even after complaining. So we had to bathe in a pool of water at our feet. Thats why cannot give a better rating.

I have stayed with my family for a day in their Deluxe room. Rooms were well lit and nicely maintained. The Hotel is located at a Prime Location; most of the tourist places within Rajkot are nearby. There are many local savories which are hardly 1 Km from the hotel. It is highly recommendable to take Peda from Jai Siyaram Pendawala and Chewda from Rasikbhai Chevdawala. Hotel staff is courteous and professional in their behaviour. Hotel serves a wide variety of North India, South Indian and Gujrati dishes in the breakfast. You can also try Gujrati Thali at The Grand Thakar restaurant which is just in the next building.
Only unpleasant experience I had was with the Travel desk. Please avoid taking services from Mr. Jadeja.
Highly ok

Located well, but other than the property itself, nothing to write home about. I was in Rajkot on work visit and stayed here for 1N. Dinner was included in the package. Usual fixed fare, dal, rice and 2 vegetables with choice of bread, one dessert. While not bad in taste, I think it gave me a bad stomach. Room smelled strongly of something (I'd suspect it was smoke, but the room had a non-smoking sign card inside). Select few channels on TV. Breakfast was a buffet, good spread. Service was good and staff at the reception was friendly. I'll visit again only if I find no better option.
Poor breakfast.

I was guest at the restaurant during morning hours. To begin with, the staff was looking very tired and grumpy. Thats not particularly inviting. The breakfast itself was okay. Fruits were cold and irregularly cut. Dosas took too long to come, to the extent that my colleagues thought of not eating it by the time it came. ON the whole the feeling was one of compulsion rather than 'hospitality'.
The tables were not kept clean, the table mat being stuck to the table due to dried left over from previous users.
On the whole
