Very good 4 star hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice lobby and the breakfast was amazing even comparing to 5 star Warsaw hotels. The location of the hotel is also very good. And it is really pet friendly hotel.

The bar well sorted with 100 standard brands. They should try to be interestingly different - every duty free in the world has bison grass vodka...burger was tasty but cold, pieroggy tasty and happily served hot. Excellent breakfast it has it all - very sound variety ! It could only get better if all the staff would smile :-) heavy traffic outside - very quiet rooms . Clean bathrooms. WiFi working well. Will love to come again

I stayed at this hotel for one night last summer. The hotel is conveniently located near Warsaw's main train station and very centrally located for both business and leisure. I had some difficulty figuring out cross-streets and underground passages to walk to this hotel from the main train station, but in the end, it was fine. The building exterior and lobby are elegant, and the rooms themselves are spacious with lovely bathrooms and simple but very good furniture. The hotel staff kindly accommodated my request to switch rooms -- I was originally given a room on the top floor, which seem to have lower ceilings than rooms on other floors. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

Beautiful decadent hotel in centre of Warsaw. Well situated for train station. Staff really helpful and lovely.
Rooms spacious, immaculately clean & comfortable. Wonderful choice of food at breakfast.
Stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be back.
