Best service (staffs are really professional),
Food excellant, centre of the city, clean and tidy rooms, super room service.
Tea factory is also near to the hotel. Lake, rose garden and dottabetta is also too close.

This is a nice place to stay as a couple or as a bigger (4-5) family. Polite staff. The food, especially the breakfast, was really good! The ayurvedic massage was also well done. Overall, worth the money!!

Wonder full place to stay....in between city yet isolated..loved the staff and hospitality...must visit.eavery thing is easily available and it smear to all shopping places...travel desk is also helpful

It's really nice to stay at Poonami hotel,They welcome you in very good gesture by offering soft drinks and cookies.Staff is very cooperative and room service is also good.overall all excellent hospitality I truly recommend to this hotel.
Spa service is very good. Vedio game option for kids.they arrange cab also for site seen on reasonable rate.

I stayed at Poonmari in Dec 2017. Room was clean / hygiene & adequate for two people. Hotel staff was very co-operative & helpful. Food was also very good & tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good stay, good food
