The room is a bit small and the bathroom is a bit small but cleanliness is good. I booked via oyo and the price was 2000/day. Check in time was 12pm and check out time was 11am. But the staff is hospitable and co-operative. It's an AC room with complementary breakfast and wifi facility. All in all good for price.

Nice stay, room is neat and clean, i can say it was nearly sound proof, room service 9 out of 10 , i am not sure but they might not have their own kitchen, so be careful while ordering food, it may not meet your expectation.
Otherwise overall nice stay

very helpful, prompt room service, clean washrooms and spotless linen, basic amenities like TV, AC provided, good food,
most importantly, though remote from Navi Mumbai, extremely safe for single women..!

This place is located in Neul which is a far end of Mumbai city's satellite town called New Mumbai and there is nothing heritage about it so do not be fooled by its name or location. So every single Mumbai city location will be on quite distance.
It can be a choice for en-route budget travel stay only. Since it does not possess any single factor which can influence dedicated travel and stay over there.
Coming to property it is average place with bit clean rooms. Bathrooms deserves some attention of management and needs to be worked on.
Bed and linen were somewhat comfortable not fully.
Staff needs training for customer relations.
Food were okayish and not many choices.
Electricity can create havoc at times no guarantee for generators.
I feel this place should be avoided.

Firstly, finding this hotel in the dark was a goner. There is an odd smell in the room. We took the suite. Cleanliness was poor. The beds, however were very well kept. The furniture were under dust. The washroom light, when switched on, makes an odd noise. The local dogs kept barking even at 4 AM. We can hear sounds from the other rooms.
However all these can be improved. This can be a destination for a quick refresh. It's about 1:15 from the airport.
