Compromising food with scenic beauty at road side super deluxe family room

Nice scenic beauty of the mountains & tea gardens from the road side rooms, Large parking space, kitchen quality is poor, bed sheets & towels are not that clean as expected, illumination during night both outside & inside the hotel premises needs to be improved, staircase not enough wide for moving upstairs with luggage.
Worst ever hotel !

It is the worst and most unprofessional hotel ! I had to somehow cancel my booking due to cyclones in Kerala . They had asked me to pay half the booking amount and as I couldnât make it I asked for refund they didnât even care to respond to my messages and emails , itâs been over a month . I have no hope that would get my money back despite repeated complaints . I had the worst experience and it was nightmare , specially by A person named Mr George . Donât ever book this hotel you will definitely regret it .
Resort away from the crowd, kinda in the middle of tea-gardens

Location is great, since it is away from the main market area (so it is recommended if you are taking a car), and since you get a wonderful view of the tea gardens. The manager staff called Issac is helpful. The other staff, it appeared to me, have difficulty in understanding and following, but otherwise they are helpful once they are able to understand you. Our room had a nice balcony and even from our bed the tea gardens were visible.
One con is that hot water is available for limited amount of time. The food is quite cheap. They serve breakfast and dinner. The chapattis were soft and well made.
Your sleep quality will depend on whether a 'jagraan' or any other celebration is going on in the nearby temple. When we were there there was some jagaran going on to mark the end of some fast, and this is the only reason I am giving the noise level of this property as average (actually the noise level of the surroundings of the property). The property itself was quite quiet.
