Appreciate the Hospitality provided by the staffs, very courteous to Guests, request are promptly answered Ambiance and room amenities was really very good,Food tastes fantastic. Operations manager Mr.Sujith and GRE Mr.Sundar are exceptionally making sure the guest are comfortable in every way and the Hotel Functions are excellently maintained of high quality..Front Office Staff are very frindly aswel.. Enjoyed my Stay with their hospitality, "Thank You Poppys"

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent staff at reception and restaurant. Good options for breakfast, overall nice food. Location is bit away from city otherwise everything is good about this hotel. Good ameneties in room and property have swimming pool and small play area for kids. Overall excellent stay at hotel.

Check-in was lazy, the Junior suite wasn't ready when we arrived.
The suite bathroom is huge but almost dangerous to use as the bath has no security path to get in or out and that bath was extremely slippery, it feels like it's decoration wasn't finished and stopped before completion.
The breakfast was the worse, the restaurant has very bad ventilation and smells like a kitchen.
Bad, even for one night stop.

Have staying here for the past 3 years. Have loved this place. Excellent staffs. They are very friendly and attentive. Never ever have faced any issues. Even if so the time you inform them staffs ensure that it's taken care. Don't have any staff in person. In fact everyone are cooperative. Keep up the good work.

Very good hotel. Excellent stay even though it's outside the city. Nice staffs too. Restaurant service can be improved a bit. Good rooms. Rooms are well maintained. Staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back. I visit every month
