The hotel was one of the best places I tried in Portugal .. People are very cheerful and helpful .. The location is perfect.. The Pianist was nice and add warm to the place with his playing. The room service was very good and the battlers were so gentle with me .. The food was outstanding .. They are serving Nespresso coffee on breakfast.. my favorite indeed.. I would visit the hotel again for sure..

The staff are really friendly, the standard rooms are WOW, and the breakfast is really awesome! On the highest floor, the VIP Lounge, you will have the opportunity to relax, take a drink, and enjoy the best sight of Porto,

This hotel is very good but more suited for those doing business as most tourist spots are at least 15 minutes by taxi. Customer service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is good but sometimes need to wait for someone to bring coffee. We booked 2 adjoining rooms which were both spacious and clean. The bathrooms are nice.

The room was clean and spacious. The safe wasn't working and I think the air con didn't work either (the light was always on, even when it was off ...). The mattress was very hard. Water pressure in the shower too weak.
The location isn't in the center (but I knew this and it serve my purpose), there is a supermarket right next to the hotel and coffee shops and restaurants.

This 5* Hotel at Avenida da Boavista in Oporto is not just well placed, it has a fantastic rooftop bar with excellent views of the city!
Service and staff are great and very welcoming.
Rooms are spacious and modern.
