Although it is under renovation. The staff have maintained the rooms well. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant the pinxx serves continental and Indian cuisines. It is a branch Of The Royal Orchid hotels.

Worst hotel to stay, no hot water even in chilly winter, hotel under construction & staff is completely unprofessional. Highly priced, poorly managed & under big mess. Donât ever stay here. Far from city. Food is pathetic. Room service has gone to dogs.

We stayed for just one night in Rajkot at Regenta Central. Its a good budget option slightly outside the main city area though. The rooms were neat and clean, but they had a few niggles to them.
We had three rooms. One of them had a foul smelling coming from them, which they tried to fix by sending someone with a room freshner, spraying it all over the room. A bit strange as such a situation should never have happened.
In the morning one of the other rooms had an issue with the bathroom with a leak that would not fix & we had to again call the reception. The repair was promptly fixed in the next 10-15 mins but again a bit surprised such a problem comes up.
The breakfast was good and fresh with a decent spread to it.

I am very pleased with the front office & housekeeping staff and not to mention f&b . who were very helpful. some notable mentions were Mr Prem and Sanjay. their service was excellent.rooms are neat and clean housekeeping service were up to mark.

Hotel is under 'renovation' so the entire machinery is out of gear. The staff is trained to ignore customer's needs.
The advertisement on the WEB attracted me to this hotel, to my dismey I did't find the hotel even 30% of the AD.
The location is bad, hotel is far away from CBD
My experience began with a room having foul smell, when complained the attender said he would get ;room freshener' sprayed after initial reluctance of accepting foul smell in the room; I got the room changed with help of front desk, In the second room, the toilet was stained & Shower was not working, my complain went on def ears, second day I had to put a fight and get another room temporarily for shower,
WiFi did't work
Food was OK and expensive
