Stayed at this hotel many times. Everything about this hotel is great. Staff, rooms, position, swimming pools. Close to many restaurants, only a short walk from hotel. Great happy hour facility on the beach,â the bamboo bar.â Fabulous. Recommend this hotel for families with kids. Excellent.

This resort gives you everything, it is secure, quiet,the staff are cheerful, willing to help if you need it. Breakfast is amazing with lots to eat, the pools are clean, rooms clean, gardens the same. It has a bank inside (BNI) so you can change your money safely.

Great staff, good rooms, best breakfast, great pool & on the beach. So close to all the shops & other great restaurants in walking distance from hotel. They also have a free shuttle bus running all the time up to Hardyâs supermarket & shops

From the moment we arrived we loved the setting of the hotel. Unfortunately we were booked into a small Superior room which is uncomfortable for aged pensioners.The safe is located virtually on the floor. The room was up to refurbishment. I spoke to the duty manager (Mr. Iswartiono) and I explained our situation. He was very helpful and saw to it we were put into a more comfortable room. excellent service. We spent over two weeks at the Prama and will come here again on future visits.The facilities were absolutely Great !!! as were the cleaning staff, gardeners and reception staff.

I recently had a great stay at the Prama Sanur Beach Resort. I was very impressed by how friendly the staff were. Anytime I encountered one of the staff members they greeted me with a smile and hello. The breakfast was extensive with lots of delicious options. Due to the rainy season I did not spend much time in the pool. The room was comfortable except the air conditioning was not always working.
