I stayed in this hotel for 02 nights, the room is large and spacious, however not very much clean and tidy, there is some smell in my room the smell from unopened air. Should improve the sound proffing also, I cant sleep all night. Any way this hotel worth my money, low money low service

Worth the money, i spent only 1 night for business purpose only. Room is nice, clean and bed is comfort..spacious surprisingly. But the air con needs maintenance.
I can hear people talk loudly music sound from hotel next door.
Breakfast has many variety but the taste is nothing special.

Stayed here for two nights. The good- room sizes, the food at the hotel restaurant (although not a lot of variety) the bad- noisy appliances including a creaking AC and generally noisy, food takes ages to get delivered. The ugly- stained worn out linen.

The location is strategic at the opposite of Teras Kota mall and near big road in Serpong. It was easy to find something to eat or juast hang out. The car park was very limited space.
Hotel is consist of 7th floors and not to big. Reception officer was nice and helpful. Wifi connection was good. The restaurant is next to the lobby and quite small. When I was there, the hotel was full and must wait for empty chair to get breakfast. the menu almost the same, there was not so many varieties. I stayed at 701 room. View form the window was just the next building. The room was clean but there was a trouble for the dirty toilet and the shower drainage was flooded.

I stayed in Pranaya for 4 nights. The staff were so friendly and the hotel location was great. However, I couldn't stand my room. It was pretty dirty. The bathroom was smelly (probably due to bad plumbing system). The cleaning service didn't clean my room properly. There were some trash lying around on the ground when I got back to my room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I could still see some stains on the counter and mirror. Please keep in mind that there isn't a fridge in the standard room. I was very careless to not notice this before I book the room. This was a major drawback for me.
