This hotel is very good and comfortable for single person the room is very good and comfortable with great cleaned and clear the staff is very friendly and helpful the best part of the hotel is very affordable prices.

It is an old hotel. No wifi, even though many online booking sites show as if they have Wifi.
Room cramped.Not well maintained. Bed and linens, is old and not good . No hot water in the morning. Thankfully, bathroom was clean, western closet with hand shower. Basic room, can stay if you don't have any other option.
Front desk tries to be helpful. But they speak limited English.
Hotel is attached to a restaurant. Food is value for money, a little spicy though.
Wish they would keep the handwash in a covered area, else during rains, you have to get wet in the rain while trying to wash your hand.
The hotel charges different rates for single occupancy and double occupancy. So ensure you specify the # of occupants while booking online. Else you will have to shell out more on arrival.

Good place to stay at a reasonable price. Great location!! Right in the heart of JP nagar with plenty of good eateries nearby. Nothing fancy but reasonably clean rooms with clean sheets. No roaches or insects or bad smell!! Room rate for a single person is Rs. 1200 per night. Good hot water in the showers with good room service. Sri Devi Canteen which is just a block away serves unbelievable breakfast at very cheap price.

The hotel was reasonable. Generally in terms of the facilities it was okay. However I had a problem in getting hot water on the second day when I had to leave early and had informed them but they couldnt get their boiler on on-time and hence had to do a lot of followup.
However when I spoke to thier manager he took the feedback positively and spoke to his team immediately.

Travel Desk is not available.Complementary Break Fast is not available.
Complementary good News Paper is also not provided for. Taxi services is
not available.
