Small, but gets the job done.

The hotel is good for what you pay. The rooms and bathrooms are very small though. I barely had enough room to put my bags on the floor.

It has got a good breakfast selection, good wifi and friendly staff so it makes for the small rooms.

The rooms are a good or reasonable price considering how expensive Paris is.

Good budget friendly Hotel

It was a very good and comfortable stay , Rooms vere clean and breakfast was available there , Good place for backpackers and family if you only want to sleep in other wise its having small rooms , Only when you want to roam around all day this hotel is perfect

Small but Functional

My wife and I were here to visit Paris and were looking for a cheaper place to stay while we were there. We found this hotel to have a decent price and not to far from Paris. The hotel was small which we were prepared for, the shower takes up the whole bathroom so you will be showering with the toilet in the same area. It was a little hard to get back to the hotel at night as we had to take a taxi after we took the subway to the end of the line and we found it hard to get a taxi to take us to Suresnes. Staff were friendly but next time we go to Paris we will probably stay in Paris proper.

Terrible staff and incorrect value of payment

I was with my girlfriend and her sister and we booked a triple room (one couple bad plus single bed up of couple bed) for 2 nights. When we arrived, i have to pay the reservation, but for my surprise when i was just typing the card password i saw wron value and asked why. The girl from recepcion, named SADIA, told us that our reservation was made for 5 nights. I told it was wrong. Ok, the manager told her to make 2 nights. I passed my card and a little later i fugure that the value still was not correct. They are charging a little bit more from me. SADIA was not a very kind person and told the problem was from the site i made the reservation (booking). I called them and them called hotel. Almost everything solved, the did not pay me back. One month later and i still have to send documentos for make my money back. Horrible experience! And pass for all this situation when people looked at me with a not friendly eye and must saying "They do not have money and are making a problem".

In portuguese, more accurated: O aborrecimento começou quando eu cheguei com minha namorada e a irmã dela (quarto triplo) contratando 02 (duas) diárias e queriam me cobrar o valor de 5 diárias alegando que assim estava no sistema. Reclamei e mostrei minha reserva (apple wallet e e-mail). Depois, ao me cobrare o valor da taxa mimicipal, a mesma já estava diferente do anunciad. Ao invés dos 0,83/dia/pessoa do anúncio, estavam cobrando 0,90/dia/pessoa. O problema foi quando o valor da diária estava discrepante. Deveriam me cobrar, com as taxas (valor anunciado) € 86, 88 e me cobraram € 96,75. Não percebi e passei o cartão mas quando motei e fui reclamar, ainda recebei, de forma grosseira um "ache bom porque deveria ser € 102,00". Não entendendo omporque e vendo a grosseria da funcionária SAIDA eu liguei para o booking. O atendimento do Michel foi perfeito e, segundo ele, o problema resolvido com a Karine e eu teria o reembolso de forma rápida. Deixei as malas pois ainda era cedo e fui a cidade. Retornando ao hotel para de fato entrar no quarto, esta mesma funcionária ficou me confrondando e colocando dificuldade no reembolso, além de sempre repetir, de forma grosseira, que o erro era do booking. Até o momento não recebi reembolso e no recibo que me deram
Na recepção, consta o valor já reembolsado, diferente do que consta no comprovante do cartão de crédito. O que eu reclamo
Não é só o valor, mas sim a forma como fui tratado, com desdém e ignorância em algo que eu estava certo.

The room: tiny but good. The problem is the bathroom. It is impossible to take a shower proppely.
The area: with supermarkets (at least 3) near the hotel with 10 minutes of walk for the farest and across the street for nearest.
Transporte: good with tram and subway but we have to pay more because it is another region different from paris.

Rather shower in an airplane toilet

Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Check in was super slow, Rooms were mixed up, room cards didn't work the next day, People where given keys to rooms that they where not assigned, and had strangers opening doors to their rooms. Inside the room beds where very uncomfortable and did not accommodate for taller people as I did not fit in it. No air conditioner and no ventilation in the room in the middle of summer! The bathroom was smaller than an aeroplane toilet! You couldn't lift your arms up or bend down to wash your feet!
Overall this place was tiny and uncomfortable and the service was terrible!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!
