We stayed at the Pride Surya Mountain Resort during the New Year's eve. The property is beautiful and the location can't be better. It's around 500 metres from Dalai Lama Temple. Located at the heart of the market place, you have an easy access to the best restaurants and shopping areas. Our stay was amazing and the staff was very helpful!
Would like to mention Ajay Thapa specially as he was always available for any help required. We were really impressed by his commitment! Aman was always available at the phone call to guide us with the sightseeing options, cab options, etc! The pub Labooz is also amazing specially if you like to listen to live music.
Overall our new years eve vacation was made amazing by the Pride Group!

The hotel is situated within 500 meters of the main activity area. There are restaurants, shops, chemists and all other stuff that you might need within reach. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is kind and attentive.
The food is quite balanced. Not too high on spices ad masalas. Quite close to home cooked meals. The toiletries are basic though.
Overall, a good stay!

Good hotel with best location. Very near to the bazaar. 1 minute walking distance from the bazar. Food is just ok but the service is very slow specially after 9 pm. Stay in this hotel and have your dinner outside.

This is one of the best possible place to stay in the city. Most of the hotels are new once and this once looks better than others. Rooms are good and clean, room service was also good. However the food quality at restaurant and spread is very poor, very low staff there for your needs while you are having meals there in restaurant. You may better choose to eat out as Restaurant Manager/ in-charge seems out to be a lost out personality knowing nothing what to do. However other than restaurant, hotel and its staff are very good and facilities are upto mark.

Located close to the market,restaurant, The Dalai Lama temple complex.walking distance to all the above places. We occupied rooms 407,408,409 .The bathrooms had a foul stench which were not masked in spite of the air freshner provided by the hotel housekeeping staff Ajay Thapa. Breakfast and dinner were average. Breakfast choices were limited. Could improve their service .in the restaurant .Approach road is narrow and our Tempo Traveller was not allowed entry so we had to hire a taxi to take our luggage to the taxi stand.we walked down till there. This problem was faced by other guests who were travellong with similar vehicle. Veiw from the room is nice , can see the dauladhar ranges in distance as well as the green foliage covered valley Staff helpful and courteous ,hot water suppÅy for limited hours.
