Prideinn is just the hotel of choice if you need an all-under-one-roof service. I had the best experience ever with the assistance of a great organizer (Esther Njoroge). Everything was so professionally done with customer experience that was out of this world. Thank you Prideinn for making a memorable day for us!

The service I received for conducting my training conference was excellent. The logistics team led by Ms. Mubeen and Ruth were efficient. Elizabeth was spot on with the organization of the event. It's a definite go to place whenever you have a conference. Kudos!

This is my second time staying at Pride Inn; where I had an enjoyable stay. Every service was given with a smile. Valarie was exceptional, from hotel booking to check out. I would however like to note that breakfast was very bad; which was not the case last time I stayed there. I would have rated Pride Inn as excellent had the breakfast been of quality. Please fix this aspect as it is the most important aspect for us business travelers. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
