Pros:
Unique place as it is situated like in a forest but actually not.
Peaceful nature & good infrastructure.
Cons:
1.Services are so poor. Whatever you order, need to wait for atleast 45 minutes even if they say it will be available in 15 minutes.
2.water was not coming in our villa so we have called to reception, but they took 45 minutes to put the motor. We were not even able to use washroom.
3. Cleaniness - Below average.
4.Out of three rooms, only in two rooms heater was available, however one heater was not working in that.

The property is good and food was excellent. Swimming pools maintained well. The only thing noticed that, the resort does not attached to the beach and the road towards the place is not good. The road condition to be repared and try to add more colours in the garden.

The farm house is located outside of the city on the auroville road. The road to the place is not so good and there are no shops nearby. It's a huge area with 10 - 12 small cottages and about 8 villas. The villas are nothing but two or four bedroom houses. We stayed in a four bedroom house and the rooms are large enough to accommodate 3 to 4 ppl. The place is not maintained properly and the service is also poor. Had to remind housekeeping two or three times to get everything. Food was good. All of us felt the money we paid for that house was very expensive for the service and facilities provided. The good thing is the pool. It's maintained well and bigger as well. May be a good place for guys who want to booze and enjoy!

a very nice place for a family trip or solo trip. The farmhouses are unique. separtate pools for children and adults. good place to chill out in hot summers. The employees are friendly. Tariffs are goood for this segment. Place worth a visit for native Pondicherrians and outsiders as well. ;) the shower area is not upto the mark in poolside area. Apart from it things were okay during my visit.It would be better to have a good locker room as well.

Worst resort ever. They cancel your bookings and spoil ur whole plan. We stayed the next day. The rooms were not clean and were in a worst condition. Even room service is not available. They demand high rates for everything inside the farm house. Swimming pool is worst with smelly water. Never book ur trip with prince park.
