Second time in five years and still same good service. Close proximity to the beach in the middle of Varazze, but at the same time in a quiet street. The staff is helpful but there level of English is at the level of my Italian...

I booked this hotel last minute using an app, traveling with a motorcycle the hotel had secure parking which is very important to me, I was greated with a smile and received a very warm welcome, the room was average nut met my needs, nothing wrong with it, great location from the beach 50 meters away and 50 meters away from the main street with bars and restaurants, as a biker the parking made this hotel perfect

Very friendly welcome and staff were very attentive throughout. Good size room. Balcony overlooked other buildings but catches sun during the day. Breakfast was included and had good variety. Very close to the sea, restaurants and shops.

The room was exactly as described, the location was great, the staff were really helpful and friendly. we even got a souvenir when we checked out (a branded pen from them) which was a great touch ! to sum up, very friendly, clean, nice rooms, nothing more I could ask for.

We found hotel cristallo by chance on our trip to Liguria. The location is very good and near to the beach. They don't have a beach of their own though. They have discounts at 3 beaches but when we arrived there at 9:30 am, they weren't any available spots!! The room we had was supposed to be a "comfort" room but it was below average for a 4* hotel. It had a balcony with a glimpse of the sea between 2 buildings. The free wifi did not exist on the 3rd floor where we staying but worked in the reception. On the up side, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was ok and we managed to park our motorcycle in their garage for free.
