The Pullman is beautiful with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean.
However, the bed was not as comfortable as some other (cheaper!) hotels in town so I would prefer to stay at Rydges than here.

Itâs a quirky hotel for a 5 Star. On arrival the Staff were lovey and helpful with bags. Rooms a little dated with not enough power points/ usb charging areas and no shelves or drawers for clothes. The first night we had drinks and glass and candles shattered on us in the bar accidentally but still slightly dangerous. The second night I ventured into the Tapestry Restaurant. The vegetarian choices were very limited so I ordered a warmed avocado as entree and heirloom salad for main. Everything arrived at once :( and the avocado was eggplant instead. My glass of Moët didnât arrive until queried after 15 mins but they kindly took it off the bill along with the incorrect eggplant. The apple tartin ordered for dessert tasted of burnt caramel . Sigh.

I stayed here for 5 days for a business trip - - and yes, this hotel is just great!
Itâs a the top of the hill by the park, so you get your exercise in however the other side to this is the view from the rooms is amazing - you can see all the city and the bay, just wow!
The restaurant was one of THE BEST hotel restaurants I have ever experienced (and check out how many reviews I have, I travel a lot for work). A contemporary menu, always fresh! Loved the kiwi fruit juice!! The staff though is what made this hotel. From me serving early and them accommodating me in the lobby for 2 hours with a cup of tea then given me the first room available even though it was an upgrade from what I had purchased.
I will stay here again for sure! Totally recommend this hotel!

We stayed one night over Christmas Day and had another enjoyable visit. Great checkin and valet service To insure a nice room it is often best to book in the residence tower. The indoor pool area is nice with a steam room and on nice days they open the retractable roof
This visit we scored a duplex suite. The bedroom was upstairs and although we were in a room just off the loft enjoyed a harbour view.
First level had a small kitchenette, seating area and toilet with shower. Washer and dryer Very comfortable.
Upstairs a king bed , bath, and lovely large walk in closet
We received biscuits and a special Christmas chocolate. Plenty of free bottled water
Just a little worn around the edges.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Having a small kitchen area was pretty clever. Staff was super friendly. We didnât have a great view, but that didnât affect us since we were on day trips since early morning. Eating here may be a little expensive for some ... so plan ahead. Location was great ... only a few minutes walk from the sky tower and main streets.
