I stayed at the Pullman because I arrived in London at St Pancras and was to depart from Euston. But I ended up loving the hotel and not feeling like I sacrificed anything for the location.
The standard room was still very spacious and had everything I need: safe, fridge, tea/coffer in the room, regular hangars (not âdonât steal these hangarsâ type with the bulb instead of a hook) etc. The toiletries were Bigelow. The water pressure was good ,and there were plenty of hooks, plugs and outlets, and so on. The room was modern and sleek without being sharp.
From a design perspective, the only thing I would change is the seating. Instaed of a proper desk chair they put a long padded bench which you could use at the table, or lean against the wall. It didnât work for me. I needed to work and a chair with a back would have been more comfortable. But it was a small thing.
Location wise, you have three or four tube lines at Euston and St Pancras, a mall two blocks away with conveniences including supermarket, laundry and so on. The staff were also nice if not overbearing.
The gym was superb for a London hotel. It was big, had plenty of equipment, and nice views onto Euston road. The price was definitely less than 5 star, so I felt like I got really good deal.

My partner and I stayed here for a quick birthday trip to London. We used to enjoy the Euston IBIS but that has gone now to make room for the HS2 line. So, tried the Pullman and we can safely say it will be our new base in capital. The interior is luxurious, the room was incredibly spacious and the breakfast excellent. But, the best thing about the Pullman is the staff. They are very friendly and welcoming. My check-in with Tim was one of the best ever (and I have visited a lot of hotels). All in all, a superb experience!

very well located hotel, especially for travellers from the north with three mainline stations within walking distance. comfortable rooms, efficiently run. Good food in the restaurant and delightful staff. Quiet rooms face north away from the noise of the city

I had two stays here, six weeks apart, firstly with a friend when we went to a Gretchen Petersâ performance at Union Chapel in November, followed by a stay, just before Christmas, with my teenage grandson, and both stays were absolutely perfect. The hotel has a brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from St Pancras, which was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here. The staff were welcoming, helpful and generally very customer service oriented. Initial impressions are incredibly important and the doormen and reception staff at Pullman London St Pancras passed the test with flying colours. Check-in was smooth and efficient both times and staff took time to establish our needs, such as whether we wanted a street view, low floor, quiet room etc. Both rooms, on the seventh and eighth floors respectively, were so comfortable and roomy for their classic category, with nearby views over Euston Road and faraway views of various landmarks in the city. However, the views from the fifteenth floor are particularly amazing and, if the whispers are right that a sky bar is being planned, this will be the icing on the cake.
Breakfast was absolutely superb, not just because every conceivable breakfast item was there but because the quality was tip top and, again, service was second to none.
I cannot say enough good things about Pullman London St Pancras. Service was exceptional, the room was perfect for our needs and breakfast was really impressive. It may only have an official four star rating but it would give a lot of five star places a run for their money.

This is a great hotel -- well located as it is right next door to Kings Cross Underground (for direct tube connection to Heathrow Airport) and St Pancras Railway Station (Eurostar, northern railway lines) and Euston Underground and Railway Station. Comfortable room, nice bathroom and well catered breakfast.
The staff here were very friendly --- especially Reinout at the front desk, Jessica Andreotti (Guest Relations Manager) and the American/Canadian breakfast chef who made us felt very at home.
