This hotel is undergoing extensive renovation and there is extreme toxic fumes venting from the air conditioning systems into the rooms!
any gessica can expect significant headaches and other effects from the fumes the air is unreasonable and that windows do not open in the rooms with high temperatures outside making breathing nearly impossible

This was the most wonderful park. Apart from endless walkways with spectacular views of the city, it contains galleries of every sort from the MOMA to the outdoor exhibition and many more.
I Could have spent three days in the park. It is really wonderful with dogs, bicycles with baskets for dogs, children, skate-board parks, roller blades, runners, walkers places to eat and drink with amazing exhibitions of every kind from architecture to a football museum.
Do not make miss this gem in São Paulo, you will regret it forever.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the city and was very clean. Hotel lobby is beautiful and accommodating. The hotel breakfast offers everything from made on the spot omelets to meats and cheeses, sausages, beans, breakfast potatoes and more and every sort of juice you could imagine. Room is comfortable with everything you need. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. If you like to work out the gym is huge with tons of equipment. Great central location to Ibirapuera Park and Avenue Paulista.
My only qualm was that I felt the bed was rather hard and sheets a little too scratchy for my liking but OMG that sounds spoiled!Overall, great hotel and I definitely recommend a stay!

Excellente Hotel! The Staff is the best I've ever encountered on my travels. The food is of exceptional quality, the gym is great with dry sauna included. The rooms are clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Best service Iâve ever had . And the front desk was amazing specially Rafael Correa. I will definitely come back!!! He was very attentive to all my personal needs , took the time to recommend some good local restaurants.
