I was only staying for 1 night, I did/nt expect much about the room because of the price but when I checked in, I was surprised. It was big! The bathroom is big too, and the next morning when I had breakfast, they surprised me again with their amazing foods & lots of choices!

I booked a superior room for one night on the fifth floor. I arrived about 2200 the day before. There was a faint but persistent sewage smell in the room, which stayed. The room had a comfortable kingsize bed, but not one bedside lamp, only two very bright lamps in the ceiling, not at least 'warm' light, but 'cold', neon like lights. I found that not only awkward, but also disturbing.
I woke up ta 03.50 by a deafening noise which lasted until 04.15. It was seemingly the time for prayers. When I opened later the curtains, I saw just on the other dide of the street a mosque. Because I arrived about 21.30 the evening before, I had not seen it before.
The breakfast is good and staff friendly.
If you want to stay in this hotel, ask a room as far as possible from the mosque (I doubt that will help much) and also from the busy street which is noisy as well,

Overall, I like the hotel service. The room is clean and spacious. I order the Twin Bed room. Actually it can fit up to 4 person. I can only find the touch of Bali in the lobby, just find a few inside the room.

To be frank, myself and my colleagues were staying in this hotel for business purely for the location - we had an event across the road. Otherwise we would not have chosen this hotel. Before arriving we were emailing the staff to book rooms and I had to chase up every single email I sent because no one was replying, and the communication, when it came, was not detailed at all. Whilst there, I found the staff, whilst keen to help, were not forthcoming and were contradictory to each other, so that our queries were answered differently depending who was on the desk. Having said all that the hotel itself was fine - just like any hotel, and I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was extensive and good. But the whole experience was a bit of a headache.

Have to stay in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for a special occasion. The first day check-in is okay. The problem come in the second day, which the reception asked to check-out because the room is full. After explaining I have booked for 4 days, they said I can stay for 1 more day only, because the system canceled the booking. So, I have to make a new booking for a new room. The third day, I check-In with a new booking for a new room. Surprisingly, the reception said my current room already check in automatically. I can not check out the current room. So, I got two rooms and pay for two rooms in the third day. I couldn't cancel any of it. No solution. This hotel decoration is good but the management is terrible. Never seen terrible hotel management like this.
