I stayed for 3 days with my wife and family. I like this hotel because its location is very strategic. Not far from Kuta Beach, Legian Street, Joger, Khrisna and shopping center. Around this hotel there are many restaurants, so you will not be difficult to find food. A large area of ââthis hotel has been restored so it looks new and clean. The breakfast menu is also delicious. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool. Perfect for family holidays.

Location is good, within walking distances to Joger and the very famous Nasi Andika. Easy to find food around.
Booked for 1 Family and 1 Executive Room under same price.
Family consists of 1 Queen Bed downstairs and 2 single beds upstairs. Executive consists of 2 Queen Bed. I myself prefer the executive room as it has more spaces.
For a budget hotel and its rate, cannot ask more for the breakfast. Outside breakfast is better.
Give 4* because of the room I get is at the end of the corner. It is near the Aircons discharge space that makes the corridor becomes very hot.

My family and I stayed here a while back during our vacation in Kuta. We were looking for hotels with affordable rooms for three, and this was one of them. We stayed in the room with two king-sized beds.
So for the said prices, this hotel is definitely, definitely, above average. First, the crew were very polite and helpful - once I went back without my mum and my brother, so I haven't got a key. They kindly let me enter using the master key, opened by the hotel administrator. I think the region might be during the off-peak season in general, so it was quiet most of the time - even during breakfast.
When you enter the hotel above the first floor, you do get the impression that this was an 'old' hotel. Everything is wide - even the corridors - except, the elevator. The room was wide, tidy, and there's bathtub too!
But even then, some things needs to be improved, I think. There were some faint smudges around the hotel room in some areas - which I believe could be cleaned - and the telephone was dead when we were there. So there you have it.
It's a decent choice if you're on budget, travelling in group, and didn't expect too much.

The hotel is in a really good location. Close to Waterbum water park, Kuta Square and loads of restaurants and shops. There are lot of things within walking distance, as well as plenty of ever present transportation for hire to get around.
There is a resteraunt on the main floor which serves food from 7AM till 11PM with a good variety of Eastern and Western dishes. There is no liquor license however so only beer is available for alcoholic beverages.
The rooms are spacious with large windows to bring in plenty of light. There is a nice sitting area off of each one that is perfect for writing or getting some work done. Each room comes equipped with a mini fridge and two chocolate biscuits, two bottles of iced tea and two bottles of water are delivered each day by housekeeping.
A lovely amenities kit also comes in each room upon arrival that has toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower gel and shampoo in them.
The bathroom I had didn't have fantastic water pressure, but the soaking tub more than made up for that.
There is a little garden on top of the fifth floor that is a nice spot to mingle with a group or other hotel guests and perfect to watch the sun set.
I had a lovely stay here and actually extended my time here and stayed a few extra days.

Travelling with husband and kids, had a early flight so decided to stay somewhere cheap for the last night as check out would need to be at 3.30am.. Receptionist was lovely unfortunately all was downhill after her. We walked in room and left. Requested non smoking as we had our kids.. Ash tray by bed and stunk of smoke, stains on bed, obvious stains, kids beds upstairs was mattress on floor, room was terribly run down and in need of huge need of upgrading and maintenance, we checked out 15 minutes after we arrived, couldn't do it, AC was on but room still hot, not nice at all, there are more better options for cheap situations like us, we ended up at Grand Inna Kuta and paid the extra for a restless sleep and fantastic stay..
