Such an amazing place with amazing food, great service and breathtaking villas. Best experience ever! It's definitely worth going all the way to Pemuteran in Bali! This is the real and true Bali experience!

The commercial exploitation of Bali is leaving fewer places to find the true soul of the island and the peace and tranquility that made it attractive to travellers for so many years. Puri Ganeshaâs beautiful villas, with their stunning beachside location are a rare jewel. The 4 homes each come with a private pool, set within manicured gardens and are generous in their layout, with lots of relaxing day beds, indoor and outdoor dining, four poster beds and bathrooms set within private gardens. The decor has been created with love, showcasing lots of unique touches. The villas are comfortable in a lived in sense and you disconnect as soon as you arrive (there is only WiFi in the Restaurant). You have the choice to enjoy your time completely in your Home, or to the wonderful hospitality in the Restaurant/Library. A key positive is the amazing food. Owners Diana and Gusti bring their passion for the Destination, Culture and Food of Bali to every aspect of your stay. In addition to wonderful Indonesian Cuisine, we also enjoyed fantastic Raw Food. Diana is keen to share her insight and offers Cookery Classes, tours of Local Markets and visits to hidden Street Side Eateries. I also enjoyed trips to Snorkel on a beautiful local coral reef and time with an insightful tour at a local Temple. The small Spa offers amazing treatments from a local Priest, which made me feel more relaxed than I had been in years. Puri Ganesha is ideal for those looking to get away from it all, experiencing authentic hospitality and to enjoy delicious, creative dining. Check in and completely chill out.

It's hard to believe you can still find a place like this in Bali. It is located up north in Pemuteran right on the beach with mountains in the background. It is very peaceful compared to rest of Bali. The drive to Puri Ganesha was absolutely beautiful, Bali definitely showing its best with the green mountains and lakes, make sure you stop for a few photos!
We spent two nights in Puri Ganesha, but could have stayed forever. The villa and the surrounds including the private pool are huge. There are only four villas, each with large private grounds and beach frontage, so it is very quiet. We loved all the small details of the villa, all of the elephant themed decorations. We also loved all the daybeds, the big bedroom with a high ceiling and beautiful 4 poster bed.
Don't expect the most modern of villas. It is traditional style with thatched roof and open air bathroom. However to us that made it even more special. This place has a soul, unlike so many of those concrete walled sterile villas of Seminyak. Very luxurious and clean and you still have everything you need including air-con by the bed.
We had our own lovely staff, who were basically invisible but still always there when we needed them. Very friendly but we were also impressed by the way they keep everything running perfectly without intruding on our privacy.
I couldn't write about Puri Ganesha and not write about the food! The owner of the place is a chef. We loved the food so much we bought her cookbook. The raw food especially is amazing, but if you're not into it there are other options too. You can either go and eat at the restaurant or dine at your villa. We had meals in the villa, at our private dining area by the pool, at the beachfront restaurant, and even breakfast in our own little gazebo on the beach. Definitely try the Indonesian breakfast and also Diana's cooking class is also not to be missed.
Puri Ganesha would be a great place for a honeymoon or special getaway. We will definitely be back some day!

What a wonderful place to stay! With only 4 large villas this is a truly secluded and peaceful place to relax and unwind.
Each villa is about the same size all with private pools and garden area. Each villa faces the sea and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep at night.
The main bedroom is HUGE! The staff are lovely and the food is fantastic!
We loved the cosy, home away from home feel, the owners are extremely helpful and wonderful. Can't wait to be back!

Beautiful place on the beach ! Typical Balinese Villa with a private pool. Outstanding food . The sea is like a lake but do not forget special shoes for the water because rocks and coral . Beautiful house with kitchen and three bedrooms in our villa.
