We ordered chicken biryani . food was ok. when he gave bill to me he has just added 18%extra amount .I asked him what is this amount he said this is GST. but there was no GST number and also it was not a proper bill. So before paying bills please be careful
The rooms are OK. They have a nice garden with swimming pool. Overall average hotel.

I had stayed here for a night in Dec 2017. I had booked 3 rooms in advance after getting good reviews but found that they lacked basic amenities like hot water in shower and a heater in the bedrooms. There was dust on the furniture in the rooms. This place just has a visual appeal, not worth the money they charge.

A lovely oasis set slightly outside of the dusty chaos of Pushkar, this hotel just misses because of really amateurish inconsistent service.
The meal we had at the hotel was very nice and well prepared, however when we ordered a second bottle of beer to accompany it we were told repeatedly it was coming however it never arrived.
Later that evening we ordered a bottle of wine to share with our travelling companions in the room. Later after resting for the night I was awakened by the waiter wanting payment for said bottle then and there - no option to wait until check out. It took two return visits from him to also clarify that 'no, we did not require dinner."
The following day I handed the key into reception when leaving for a day tour only to return and be asked if I wanted our room cleaned. What the?
I am currently sitting on the porch of our room having tried twice to order room service from the restaurant who aren't answering their phone. Calls to reception met with "call the restaurant."
Some staff training and communication skills are desperately needed if this place is to cater for western tourists.

From the reviews i thought it is good hotel but i tell its terrible hotel that i have been till now. Staff doesn't have a dress code, staff doesn't speak with respect. I went to this hotel with my wife. This hotel is not worth it. It doesn't have free wifi, bad food quality n quantity, doesn't have enough space to walk around and room when we entered was horrible because i didn't went to this kind of hotel till now. In one night i left that hotel.

You reach this hotel along an unmade track and I was initially unsure. However the large bungalow room with terrace was peaceful and the room immaculately clean. The staff were helpful and attentive. The food was plentiful and tasty.
