Marianne at reception was wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. Cinnamon is a great asset to your hotel as she is super amazing and helpful with sorting our room out for us. Room was lovely and spacious.

Had an excellent stay. The room was immacualte and kids enjoyed the deck and outdoor area. The hotel is located close to other ammenties and motorway.
The service was exceptional, Suman went to all measures to ensure we were comfortable. Thank you.
We had a great time and looking forward to staying again.

We hAve stayed many times over the pas 4 years at this hotel and feel we can now rate our experience. We have always found the Reception staff very polite and helpful & the house keeping spotless.Any very minor issues we have encounter have been delt with promptly.Thankyou Ruth our lovely room lady on Tuesday our room was spotless and fresh like always.It makes such a difference.

Our daughter found the property listed on the internet and when we were booking we found it to be in an ideal location for our family gathering occurring in Auckland. A reasonably new property with a wide range of accommodation and also conference facilities. Prices very competitive and staff very obliging.

I booked a room for my daughter for her birthday with my visa card. I rang the day before to check that everything was okay, which I was assured it was. Upon arrival $100 cash bond was required and when queried the reply was that this is mandatory practice and is stated on the booking form. I can't find that anywhere. I was told that it was not necessary to book a table for dinner, but it was, and when it came to dinner time the staff said that the reception had not booked the table. On the Agoda booking site it provides a menu which is not currently active, so why put it here. The only good thing is that the rooms are nice and it's a well kept building. Disappointed. I rated a 2 because of misinformation and grumpy reception.
