AMAZING service, AMAZING hospitality, AMAZING food!!!
I brought a tour group of 40 senior NZ citizens here and they all absolutely loved it!
The staff were all very friendly and bent over backwards to help out the group, as they would with any of their guests. Nothing was ever a problem. :)
Would go back in a heartbeat..... in face we already have more tours booked in with them!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Quality Hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Jenny at reception. She made us feel very welcome, and took us to our room .We also met Linda and Jane (reception) during our stay and they too were most helpful.
The housekeeper (Pam) was lovely and always made sure that we had suppies of tea,coffee etc. We loved the feather pilows - a rarity in hotels nowadays.
Last but not least the restaurant - great staff and fabulous food. The dinner menu was excellent and the snapper has to be the best we have tasted in a long time! Thanks to Tony - you made us feel like royalty when you served us lunch on our last day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and friendliness. Our sincere thanks to you all.

We had our wedding here last weekend and could not fault the place at all!!! Outstanding service, our guests can not stop raving about the food especially the pork! It made for a very smooth stress free reception! I would highly recommend the Plymouth to anyone looking for a beautiful spacious venue! The âhoneymoonâ suite was also fabulous especially the lovely spa bath. Thanks again team

The rooms at the Quality Hotel are large and well appointed.
There were some issues with the air-conditioning system when we first checked in. Hotel management were very helpful and upgraded us to a room with its own independent AC system. The room was huge - a suite located on two floors. The bathroom had its own Jacuzzi tube and there was a separate sower room downstairs.
The hotel restaurant is very good. One of their specialities is flambé cuisine. I had the steak Dianne and we finished with crepes.
The breakfast buffet selection is good.
There is onsite parking and the hotel has a guest laundry - which was most welcome at this phase of our New Zealand tour.
Limited Wi-Fi is also offered.
A good base if you are visiting New Plymouth and this western end of the North Island.

Had a great stay here. Very nice rooms and super comfortable bed. The salt water pool and spa are wonderful. All facilities are very clean. Amazing staff are so friendly and helpful, making a nice stay.
